Easy to order. Product arrived in good time. When they arrived, the shoes were too small - sizes really do vary across companies - but easy to return and I ordered the next size up, which fit well, are comfortable and look great!

I ordered tan wedge sandals they took ages to arrive and when they did they were black wedge sandals . Invoice and box also stated tan ......the tan is now out of stock in my size.

Ordered on June 22nd, sandals “lost in transit” and not left the uk… a helpful agent said they had reordered them… now July 19th and still no sign! Was excited to see that you delivered to Canada (UK expat here!) but this will make me think twice about ordering again and still waiting on my sandals for almost a month…

This is the second pair of Arabella Wedge sandals that I have ordered from Jones as they are super stylish, comfortable and come in beautiful colours. I was accidentally sent the wrong size but Jones immediately corrected the error. Great shoes and great service.

I ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter's wedding but was send a pair of trainers instead. When I complained, I didn't even receive an acknowledgement.

Good value shoes for the money and good customer care service - I had to call and they were prompt and helpful.
